TERMS OF SERVICE

By using SecureCom, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

 

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

 

2. End-to-End Encryption

All communications through SecureCom are encrypted using End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). This ensures that only the intended recipients can read or listen to the content of communications, and we do not have access to it.

 

3. Prohibited Activities

 

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.

 

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App without notice for any behavior that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to others or the Company.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secured Technologies Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

 

6. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

8. Age Restriction:

 

Users must be 17 years of age or older, or meet the legal age in their jurisdiction, to access and use the app. By using this app, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

 

9. Prohibited Content:

 

Users are prohibited from posting or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to content that promotes hate speech, violence, or sexually explicit material.

 

10. Content Moderation:

 

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines.

 

11. User Responsibility:

 

Users are solely responsible for the content they post or share on the platform. By using the app, you agree to comply with these terms and take full responsibility for any violations of the community guidelines or applicable laws.

 

12. Content Flagging and Reporting:

 

Users can flag or report any content they believe violates these terms. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and/or suspending the offending account, typically within 24 hours of the report.

 

13. User Blocking:

 

Users have the ability to block other users who engage in abusive or harmful behavior. Once blocked, that user will no longer be able to interact with you through the app.

 

14. Immediate Removal of User-Generated Content:

 

Users may remove or delete any content they have posted on the platform at any time. To do so, please use the delete function provided in the app.

 

15. Zero Tolerance for Abuse:

 

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior, harassment, or objectionable content. Any user who violates this policy may be banned from the platform and ejected without prior notice.

 

16. Limitation of Liability:

 

Limit your liability for user-generated content and ensure the app is not responsible for the actions of individual users.


 

REFUND POLICY

We offer the following refund policy for SecureCom subscriptions:

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for subscriptions if a request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible unless required by local law.

 

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details at sales@securecom.app. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of approval.

 

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Payments beyond the first billing cycle are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. Subscription Plans

SecureCom offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

 

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings. Your access to SecureCom will continue until the end of the current billing period.

 

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle based on your subscription plan.

 

4. Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription fees. If fees change, we will notify you in advance, and you may choose to cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the new pricing.
